Not everybody's comfortable ordering their essential kit on-line ..."are they a real Business?" ..."will I get my items?" ..."can I talk to someone?"  The answer is a resounding YES from the on-line Team at Ski and Trek! We also operate a retail store in the heart of the Ribble Valley and are available to answer whatever questions you may ask. We pride ourselves in delivering world-class customer service. Our team are keen skiers, snowboarders and hikers, comfortable offering advice and product recommendations. The website team are shown below proudly wearing our gear on the foggy summit of Pendle Hill.

Oliver on the left of the shot is our IT guy, he's a keen walker and photographer and is responsible for the day to day update of this wonderful new website. He must be the least geeky computer nerd on the planet and is often heard offering advice to our customers on the best footwear for whatever conditions! Janet in red is our Operations Manager, responsible for the safe packing and dispatch of your precious goods. If you need a tracking number, she's got it; want to know when your item will arrive, she'll tell you. Feel free to call her at any time if you have any concerns. Lynne on the right of the summit marker is our Managing Director, a keen skier and dog walker (Millie the Weimeraner is our Ski and Trek mascot!). If you have any issues at all Lynne wants to know about them! You'll find her at the store keeping a keen eye on the overall operation and boy is she a tough task master! Finally meet Lee, he's ex-forces and of course a keen outdoors man. He picks and packs your order and handles many of our customer queries. Of course there's other members of the Team we'll introduce to you at a later stage, but please have confidence that the human face of Ski & Trek limited are at hand to help you have a safe and secure on-line experience!
