Returns Policy / Customer Services
RETURNS POLICY - SKI & TREK is committed to customer satisfaction. Any items you are not satisfied with can be either exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receipt, providing they are unused,in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. (Shipping charges for delivery or return are non- refundable as these are direct charges). This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods.
Please note that this policy does not apply to clearance lines unless the items are faulty. This policy is clearly stated at the top of the clearance page.
If you wish to return any item to us please enclose a copy of your delivery note together with a name and contact number and let us know of your preference, refund or exchange and details of size, colour and item if an exchange is required... The price of the return postage and the postage to return the exchanged item back to the customer must be covered by the customer. Additional postage will be charged to return any exchanged items (maximum of £5.00 for UK mainland addresses. Additional charges may apply outside mainland UK) This applies even if it previously included free postage.
We suggest that you use a secure method of postage such as Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery, when returning goods as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.

Delivery Information
Your goods are packaged and dispatched to your delivery address, normally within 5 working days(dependent on receipt of payment). We use Parcel Force / Royal Mail Recorded Post and DHL couriers; if you know that courier drivers have trouble finding your address please provide additional instructions at the time of ordering.
A standard delivery charge of £5.95 is applied to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, IOW, Scilly Isles and The Isle of Man.
International Delivery (Europe Only) is available by Royal Mail Airmail at a cost of £19.95. Orders may be dispatched in more than one parcel.
International Delivery (outside Europe) is available at a cost of £39.95. Orders may be dispatched in more than one parcel. Destinations include Americas, Africa, Asia, Austraila. Please contact us if you require any further information.
